MK Company fosters a team approach to the development of each project by utilizing an experienced and innovative consultant team with similar philosophies, experience and goals for development of the built environment. MK Company’s business plan is strongly geared towards high-end development, which carries over into our choice of consultants, lenders, investors and day-to-day business practices. Additionally, MK Company spends extensive time and consideration on the execution of project marketing materials, which are utilized for the promotion and sales of our developments and visibly emulate the character of our business philosophies.
MK Company was formed in 1990 by M. Keith Holben, President. Mr. Holben has over 25 years experience in real estate development including financial, marketing and management experience within the industry. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Mr. Holben received his Bachelors of Science in General Business Administration and completed the Karl Eller study of the Private Market Economy Program.
Dwayne brings over 25 years of experience as a Sales, Marketing and Financial Executive for Fortune 500 Companies such as Gillette, Proctor & Gamble and Henkel AG & Co. to MK Company LLC. Over this same period, Dwayne has actively managed a broad private equity portfolio including a variety of real estate assets. Currently, Dwayne is a Managing Partner at iLoanArizona.com. Dwayne holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
Joanne Van Nausdle joined the team as Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator in 2004. She is responsible for Operations and Management including coordination with the various: vendors, investors, title companies, real estate firms, counties and local government, property management companies, and the owners, as well as potential buyers and sellers of the numerous properties and developments under way. She works daily with the other staff and well as our accountant and law firm to assure that projects flow efficiently. She came to us from the state of Washington with over twenty years of management experience in construction and development, with a degree from Bellevue Community College. Joanne Van Nausdle became a licensed real estate agent and Realtor® in 2014. Joanne continues to be an active agent in the state of Arizona.
David Blouin is the co-managing member for Canoa Preserve I & II, which is located in Green Valley, AZ. Mr. Blouin has played a key role in negotiating the land purchase, site planning, consultant selection and interface, and on-going entitlement process with Pima County for Canoa Preserve I. Additionally, he has been involved in several aspects of the Past Projects identified on this site and continues to provide a range of consulting services for MK Company, Inc. Mr. Blouin has a Bachelors of Science in Land Use Planning from Northern Arizona University and a license in General Engineering from the Arizona Register of Contractors. Mr. Blouin has been involved in numerous projects throughout Arizona over the past 20 years.
