With the need for new apartment complexes in Sedona, Arizona, Pinon Lofts was conceptually born in 2017. Three years later, the first tenants moved into Pinon Loft's beautiful apartments. MK Company emphasized a more modern interior design, with each apartment having quartz countertops, self and soft-close cabinets, and vinyl plank flooring. MK company continues to commit to sustainability and the importance of preserving Earth's precious resources by partnering with Energy Star, a federal program that promotes energy efficiency. Pinon Lofts brings various amenities such as its pool and outdoor areas, dog park, BBQ gas grills, and much more. Pinon Lofts became the first apartment complex built in Sedona in thirty years, bringing a refreshing change of pace for housing in Sedona. Pinon Loft's 45 units sit on 2.5 Acres of prime land in Sedona with breath-taking views of Sedona's renowned red rock mountains.
